Is it important to have rules at school?
All schools have rules but I think that some are not important. In my experience, some rules are important and some not. In my opinion, most rules are there for a reason.
Take my school, for example. One rule is that we must speak politely to our teachers and the staff. This is a nice rule because we have to respect them. Another rule is that we mustn’t use mobile phones during lessons. It is a good rule, too. We have to pay attention during the lessons and mobile phones do not let us do it. A third rule is that we must not bully other children. I think this is the most important rule of all the school rules, because it is impolite to laugh at other children. They will feel very sad.
To sum up, I think rules at school are there to make life better for everyone. Although some rules are not so important, I believe we should have rules at school.
