A journey I will never forget
Last summer my family and I went to Crete for our holidays. At In the morning we all woke up early to go to the harbour of Piraeus to get the ship.
Even though I had travelled by ship many times before I was very happy. We arrived at Piraeus at nine o’clock. At first the weather was a little cloudy and very windy. We wondered how the travel would be. Later the weather got better, and it was very sunny, no wind and the sea was very calm.
We set off at 10 o’clock and went to our cabin. After that, we walked around the ship and then we had some snacks, coffee and juice. Then we came back to our cabin and we had a nice time. At the cabin, my sister and I watched some videos on our tablets. After that, we read some very funny comics. At the noon we ate lunch at the ship’s restaurant. In the afternoon, we got up to the deck and we enjoyed the sunset and the calm sea.
When we arrived at the harbour of Iraklio our cousins were waiting for us and we all were very happy.
